Game Review – NHL 2K Sports

Hey sports fans, if you’re feeling up a game of hockey right in your own living room get the exciting new game, NHL 2K Sports.
Game Play: The quality of the players and the arenas are not bad but could use some improvement. There many different ways to play the game. You can play with either the Wii remotes, a Wii remote with the nunchuk, the Wii motion plus accessory, or you can use the classic controller which is sold separately. If you’re using the Wii motion plus, you attach it to the remote Wii and use the buttons to pass, and to shoot hold and swing the remote like a hockey stick. Game Review – Forza Motorsport 3

I’d like to start off by saying that I’ve never really been a fan of racing games, nor do I have much interest in cars and Forza Motorsport 3 is a racing game that is definitely aimed at people who are car lovers.
That being said, I did actually enjoy this game. It took me awhile to actually buckle down and play it, but once I did I was pleasantly surprised. For starters the game has really, really nice graphics. I felt a little ashamed even playing the game on my old tube television; this game should really be played in HD. The game play itself is pretty nice too. It doesn’t try to grab your attention with big explosions and lots of destructive mayhem; it is just about the racing. Read the rest of this entry »
Game Review – Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky

Hey Pokemon fans, if you have a favourite Pokemon or wonder what it’s like to be one, then Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky is the game for you.
Story: To begin the game you will take a personality test and to complete the test, you press your finger on the bottom of the DS screen. The computer then determines the type of Pokemon you are and you can choose which kind of Pokemon you want as partner. You start your journey passed out on a beach where your partner Pokemon finds you. You explain that you were human but have lost your memory and you become friends. The two of you join an explorer camp as apprentices and work way up. Your character will gain new abilities and together you and your partner do certain tasks and fight wanted Pokemon until find you a way home and become human again. Read the rest of this entry »
